Start your morning with this all levels class instructing basic yoga poses including sun salutations, strengthening and toning, then moving on to Pilates based movements of core work, lengthening and stretching muscles.
 9:00 AM-9:45 AM  Off The Hook Boxing (Sean)
This class will engage every muscle group in your body with a strong focus on your core. Improve your flexibility, balance and coordination and help build faster reflexes. With a combination of cardio and strength training exercises, you’ll burn excess fat while building muscle - the perfect workout combination for all fitness levels! (fee-based class)
 9:00 AM-9:45 AM  SuperCycle (Donna)
Indoor cycling recreated... 45 minutes is all it takes! Climb, sprint, jog and YES we use handweights for a full body workout. When you power you way through that last song you'll realize that you LOVED every minute of SuperCycle. *Pumping music (earplugs optional) *Bike shoes strongly recommended (but not necessary).

1/2 Core - 1/2 Strength. Build a strong foundation with challenging sets focused on your core and then kick it into high gear with intense strength training.
 11:00 AM-12:00 PM  Silver Sneakers Circuit (Sue)
The Silver Sneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support
 5:15 PM-6:05 PM  Indoor Cycling (Denyne)
Participants will enjoy an athletic and authentic cycle ride. With driving music and great drills, we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors. Please arrive early to guarantee your spot. *Bring a towel & hydration.
 5:30 PM-6:30 PM  Fitness Stations (Juan)
Challenge yourself as you rotate through high intensity, cardio & strength stations working all major muscle groups to get you beach ready. This class uses a variety of equipment and is sure to be a greate workout that everyone will benefit from.
 6:15 PM-7:15 PM  Vinyasa Flow + Meditation (Sally) Sub
This moderately paced flow class teaches the fundamentals of yoga; including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses. Special emphasis is placed on moving into and out of postures safely, correct alignment, using the breath. 20 minutes of meditation will take place at the end of class.
