      With a team of experienced and caring fitness center professionals, Greate Bay Racquet & Fitness has the right personal trainer to help you meet your goals. Kerry has 18 years experience in personal training and specializes in rehabilitation from injuries to cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, shoulders, hips and knees. Kerry is a specialist in physical rehabilitation, postural analysis and positional release, sports specific training, speed and agility, and golf-specific training. He has also studied hands-on massage trigger point and stretching techniques, as well as A.R.T. and myofascial release. Kerry is a member of the Greate Bay Titleist Performance Institute team, where he works with clients to reach their golf fitness training goals.

      Pat is a certified athletic trainer with 22 years of experience specializing in treatment and rehabilitation of athletes. He is also a strength and conditioning specialist designing programs for sports teams and athletes at the youth, collegiate and professional level. As a personal trainer, Pat is also FMS certified which allows him to assess movement patterns and identify weaknesses to create an individualized corrective program for each client. Whether it is helping athletes improve performance, rehab from injury, people looking to get fit, lose weight, gain strength, Pat's background and extensive experience make him uniquely qualified to work effectively with a wide variety of clients.
