Challenge your body in a new way. High Intensity Intervals of 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest: 8x=4 minutes per exercise. Known as one of the most effective training methods to gain cardiovascular strength and maximize muscular endurance.

A combination of cardio drills and kettlebell exercises to give you a full body workout.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  Vinyasa Yoga (Kim B.)
This fun, moderately paced, engaging, mixed level class teaches yoga fundamentals including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends, core isolation and strengthening. Special emphasis is placed on moving into and out of postures safely, correct alignment, using the breath, and learning to quiet the chatter of the mind to find peace and inner stillness.
  
 9:30 AM-10:30 AM  Simply Strong (Lisa)
This class is designed to increase lean body mass, build strength, endurance and give you a 6 pack mindset. Utilizing hand weights, weight bars and your own body weight to enhance your overall body composition. All fitness levels welcome
  
 10:30 AM-11:15 AM  Indoor Cycling (Lisa) NEW TIME
Participants will enjoy an athletic and authentic cycle ride. With driving music and great drills, we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors. (45 minutes) *Bring a towel & hydration.
  
 11:00 AM-12:00 PM  Silver Sneakers Classic (Sue)
Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels.
  
 4:00 PM-5:00 PM  Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Kim P.)
Get a Greate detoxification and that yoga glow as you sweat through and flow thorough sequences. All levels welcome!
  
 5:30 PM-6:30 PM  Anything Goes! (Juan)
You know the drill… anything goes! Reap the benefits of this calorie-burning, strength training workout. Challenge yourself with a combination of cardiovascular drills, resistance training and functional exercises using kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and well, anything.

f you love Bodypump, this is the class for you! All the same concepts and movements along with some new ones. With a variety of music and moves, this class will not disappoint. Suitable for all fitness levels.
