Challenge yourself as you rotate through high intensity, cardio & strength stations working all major muscle groups to get you beach ready. This class uses a variety of equipment and is sure to be a greate workout that everyone will benefit from.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  Gentle Flow (Sally)
In Gentle Flow, you'll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.
  
 5:15 PM-6:00 PM  Cycling Express (Tracy)
It’s been a long week and now it’s time to get ready for the weekend! This 45 minute ride is a greate way to end the week or start the weekend. New to the spinning experience? This is the class to get you started. Bring a towel & hydration.
