You'll test yourself with rigorous interval training sequences with high-intensity exercises. Build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength and endurance.
  
 9:00 AM-10:00 AM  Gentle Flow (Sally)
In Gentle Flow, you'll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level.
  
 10:00 AM-11:00 AM  Indoor Cycling (Lynn W.)

 11:00 AM-12:00 PM  Silver Sneakers Circuit (Sue)
The Silver Sneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support
  
 5:15 PM-6:00 PM  Cycling Express (Tracy)
It’s been a long week and now it’s time to get ready for the weekend! This 45 minute ride is a greate way to end the week or start the weekend. New to the spinning experience? This is the class to get you started. Bring a towel & hydration.
