Vinyasa Flow + Meditation (Bernadette)

This moderately paced flow class teaches the fundamentals of yoga; including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses. Special emphasis is placed on moving into and out of postures safely, correct alignment, using the breath. 20 minutes of meditation will take place at the end of class.
