Registration and Check-In
Upon entry to the fitness center, each parent will scan their ID tag. Those parents who have enrolled their children in Kids Club may proceed directly to the child care area; those who need to pay for a single visit will do so at this time. Parents will also be asked to sign their child in and out. Greate Bay staff will not release children to anyone but the parent who originally placed them in our care, unless otherwise specified at the time of drop-off.
Rules & Guidelines
We welcome children from 1 to 11 years of age. All children under the age of 12 are not permitted elsewhere in the gym, and must remain in Kids Club.
Children will not be admitted entry to our childcare services before the posted opening time, and children will need to be picked up before closing. There is a two-hour time limit per visit. Parents must remain on premises and be available.
We have designed a safe and entertaining atmosphere for all children to enjoy. Although we make every effort, when a child cannot be calmed within a timely manner, parents will be contacted to assist with the calming of their child or, if needed, sign the child out. For the safety of all children, disruptive behavior may result in your child being suspended for a period of time.
FOOD & DRINK
We ask parents to bring their child with a full stomach. Due to allergies and choking hazards no food is allowed in Kids Club. Spill-proof and sippy cups are allowed and must be labeled with the child's name on the cup. Additionally, we do not allow chewing gum for the safety of the child and for sanitary reasons.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We ask that parents keep sick children at home. For the health and well-being of members and guests, Greate Bay will refuse admittance of any sick child into Kids Club.
For sanitary reasons, pull-ups are required for children who are potty training. Your child must have a clean diaper when dropped off with us. We have a changing table available for your use. If your child's diaper is in need of changing while in our care, we will page you; parents must provide the diaper. Shoes must be worn at all times.
